Cleaning and Disinfecting Procedures

  • Disinfecting all common surfaces and items with 99% isopropyl alcohol or sanitizing wipes (approved by the CDC) BEFORE AND AFTER EACH CLIENT.  This includes doorknobs, light switches, handle to water dispenser, surfaces where client items touch or rest, toilet lid, seat and flushing handle, sink/faucet handles, soap dispensers, my cell phone and tablet, credit card reader and pens.  This also includes vinyl covered massage table, vinyl covered face cradle and equipment, vinyl covered pillows, oil dispensers, etc.
  • Laundering linens including sheets, face cradle covers, pillow cases, towels, and blankets after each use with free and clear laundry detergent (and in some cases bleach) in the hottest water possible. 
  • Running Air Purifier with HEPA filter constantly in the treatment room.  A fan will be running during your session to increase air flow.  In between clients, a window is opened to air out the room.

Maintaining Personal Daily Habits

  • Washing hands thoroughly with soap and hot water for a minimum of 20 seconds (including my nail beds and in between the fingers) before and after each client, after using the bathroom, touching my face, being in my car, being in public places or being in any areas touched by someone other than myself.
  • Using hand sanitizer in lieu of handwashing and on a regular basis when out in public and in my car.
  • Taking my own temperature before each session to ensure it does not go up at all and to catch any early symptoms of the virus.
  • Wearing a mask while in indoor public places and during my sessions with each client
