Office Policies

  • 24 Hour Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to make it to your session, please give Jen at least 24 hours notice to fill your spot. If you are unable to do so, Jen collects 50% of the originally scheduled session fee for late cancellations and no shows. If an emergency arises within 24 hours, or you have any COVID and/or other flu type symptoms, there is typically no fee.

  • Payment Policies

    Payment is collected prior to or at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle transfers. There is a $35 fee for bounced checks & insufficient funds.

  • COVID-19 Policies

    Mask Policy: Masking is no longer required, however, I am happy to wear one during our session upon request.

    Vaccination Status: You do not need to be vaccinated in order to schedule with Jen.

    Cancellations related to COVID: If you have any COVID-19 related symptoms such as a fever, congestion, sore throat, chills, extreme fatigue etc. please cancel your session with Jen. You will not be charged a late cancellation fee.

  • Insurance Policies

    Jen does not take insurance claims. However, she can provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or for settlement in an auto accident claim.
